Urban Chicks With Brains delivers throughout the world. Standard deliveries in the Netherlands will take at least 20 working days, when items aren’t in stock, we call this ‘backorders’. When items are in stock, shipping takes up to 5 working days. International deliveries take up to 20 working days depending on the country. For questions on which countries to deliver to contact us at info@urbanchickswithbrains.com and we might find another delivery solution. Free shipping for deliveries over €100,-.

Free bike delivery

If you want your purchase delivered by bike, than choose the option UCWBike at the checkout. This service is only available for those who live in zip code area 2521 (The Hague, The Netherlands).

Returns

Urban Chicks With Brains accepts returns within 20 working days once you’ve received the package. Return costs are at your own expense. Items must be returned in a new, unused state with all tags attached. Damaged returns will not be accepted and your refund will be withheld. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will refund your money within 10 working days. If you want to exchange a product, you can return the product to the return address on your package. Please don’t forget to put a note in the package containing the product and size you want to receive instead.

If returning a faulty or incorrect item please contact us so we can guide you through the process. Products from our sale can’t be exchanged or returned! You can keep track of your package through PostNL.
