HOW TO ACTIVATE AND USE THE GIFTCARD?

Using our gift card is easy. You first go to the Shop page at UrbanChicksWithBrains.com. Click on a product you would like to purchase and click on ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping click on the SUBTOTAL bar and click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. At the CHECK OUT page you can fill in your giftcard code. The funds will be stored in Your Account and automatically applied to your next eligible order. The original expiration date, if any, applies to any unused funds.

What is the fixed term for returning a products?

After you have received your order, you have 7 business days to return the products. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged. Always contact us first before returning your products via the contact form.
